Our youth will be attending the ELCA Youth Gathering scheduled for July 16-20, 2024, in New Orleans! The theme "Created to Be" is based on Psalm 139:14. The stated goals of the Gathering are to provide opportunities for faith formation through worship, interactive learning, Bible study, service, and fellowship. Thousands of Lutheran youth are expected to attend. Attending the triennial youth gathering has always been a highlight of our young peoples' lives. COVID disrupted the schedule so it's a special year to get back on track. 

Our youth also park cars for OSU football games. These funds help to pay for summer mission trips and the Youth Gathering. The Youth also make a donation to the Oaks Indian Center. 

Our Sew-ers group has been piecing and tying quilts and bags for school and health kits for decades, meeting on Wednesday morning from 9-11 am. Quilts have been donated to a variety of charities including Lutheran World Relief, Habitat for Humanity, Payne County Youth Services, and Salvation Army. Quilts are available for sale. It's inspiring to see many for sale on the first Sunday in December at the Bake Sale! Contact the Church Office to get more information or to get connected.

Meetings are the last Monday of each month from 7 - 9 pm.  We are currently meeting on Zoom, and we enjoy lively discussion! Interested? Please contact Church office at [email protected].

This informal group consists of people who want to gather for games and potluck snacks. If you have a favorite game (board or cards), please share! The evening starts at 5:30 p.m. No need to sign up ahead of time. All ages, family friendly!

This group plans congregational activities such as coffee hour, potlucks, and receptions, organizes food for the sick and special situtations, and provides funeral meals.
